Claymor Head Chef "Young Highland Chef of the Year Finalist" has taken traditional, wholesome Scottish recipes and given them a unique contemporary twist.

This makes for an original menu of character and flair.  The menu footnotes are a fascinating journey through the history of food in Scotland.

Among the tempting, mouth-watering  dishes to try are  "Lamb Rumbledthumps", "Strathbogie Mist" and "Drunken Chocolate Sponge".

Recently refurbished, the restaurant is stylish with real Scottish charm.

A tasty Bar Menu is also available in the Lounge.  Guests can relax by the fire with an early evening drink or late night Malt in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a traditional Scottish home.

Beside the Bar, the "Snug" provides a quite space to catch up on golfing and sporting events around the world on SKY TV.
