New Head Chef joined team at Claymore

We are delighted to welcome to the Claymore House Hotel a new Head Chef, Roland Trauscht.

Roland has many years of experience working all over the world gaining Rosettes in both England and Ireland.

Roland has created new menus for both the restaurant and the bar. These new menus are now in place and we hope that you will come along to experience his exciting new dishes.
